Although Mark is no longer selling homes, South Hill Satellite does offer an Agent & Lender Rewards program that's a win-win for us, the agent/lender & the seller/buyer.

Here's how it works:

 

Let us know your clients information and address at the time your seller or your buyer has a mutually accepted P&S Agreement - For sellers we need their current address & for buyers we need the new property address. Anywhere in the U.S.

 

We contact your client or you can have them contact us. We'll ask what services they want and show them how to compare and save money on their satellite, cable, internet and/or phone - An average savings of $480 a year.

 

If your client orders any service from DirecTV or Dish Network, South Hill Satellite will pay you $50 or give your client a $50 Visa closing gift card on your behalf (your choice). If you already have a Directv account then you will get a $100 credit towards your bill & we'll give another $100 towards your referred clients billing. - Sorry, at this time cable doesn't offer any referral rebates but we can still set up their services if they choose cable TV installation.

 

We can set up installation & service the same day of closing if requested. We are also flexible with closing delays and needed changes for installs.

 

Have a client needing a home alarm system? Vivint is the leading home protection company. Monthly plans from $49.99-$69.99. If you have a client that signs up with us for alarm services we will reward you with $100 depending on the alarm service they choose. Again that can be rewarded to you or a Visa gift card to your client.

*$100 credit program from DirecTV is only for active accounts and limited to 10 referrals in a calendar year. Dish Network offers $50 credit towards active accounts. If you do not have an account with DirecTV or Dish you can chose the $50 for yourself or give it to your client. Credits can take up to 3 billing cycles & referrals are paid after installation.
